About Us

Healthy, Affordable, and Delicious.

About an Acre Farm is located in Asquith Saskatchewan, west of Saskatoon. This small, local farm concentrates on producing high-quality salad greens, microgreens, and culinary herbs, on about an acre of land. The farm also provides traditional foods such as purslane, sorrel, amaranth, and Gete Okosomin squash.

Chef/grower, Moe Mathieu is a true steward of the land:

he believes that growing good soil is just as important as growing good produce. He feels it is important for people in Saskatchewan to have the option to choose local products. Local products that are healthy, affordable, and delicious.
